Fantasy Baseball Advice

New to fantasy baseball and to this forum, was googling for some advice and saw this so I thought I'd give it a try. This is my first year of fantasy baseball, I'm participating in two different leagues. I'm looking for some advice for both leagues so I'll separate it and post my team rosters.

League 1: 8 team head-to-head. Default yahoo settings, 23 man roster

C - Salvador Perez, 1B - Jose Abreu, 2B - Ian Kinsler, 3B - Evan Longoria, SS - Ian Desmond, OF - Bryce Harper, OF - Carlos Gonzalez, OF - Justin Upton, UT - Prince Fielder, UT - Aramis Ramirez, BN - Charlie Blackmon, BN - Billy Hamilton, BN - Matt Kemp, SP - Julio Teheran, SP - Andrew Cashner, RP - Greg Holland, RP - LaTroy Hawkins, P - Felix Hernandez, P - Sonny Gray, P - Anibal Sanchez, P - Yordano Ventura, BN - Mike Minor, BN - David Robertson, DL - Clayton Kershaw

Any opinions on anything I should change? I'm not sure who I should play in my last utility spot - Ramirez, Blackmon, Hamilton, or Kemp. Leaning towards Blackmon while he's hot but I don't feel like Ramirez can keep up his hot streak so I might try to package him and someone else for a nice pitcher.

*I acquired Carlos Gonzalez and Aramis Ramirez yesterday. Picked up Francisco Rodriguez from free agency then managed to trade him and David Ortiz for CarGo and Ramirez. Thought it was a good deal in my opinion but what do you guys think?

League 2: 8 team head-to-head points league (head to head, whoever gets the most total points gets a W). Default ESPN scoring settings. 25 man roster.

C - Joe Mauer, 1B - Jose Abreu, 2B - Robinson Cano, 3B - Aramis Ramirez, SS - Hanley Ramirez, LF - Starling Marte, CF - Andrew McCutchen, RF - Alex Rios, DH - Albert Pujols, UT - Joey Votto, BN - AJ Pierzynski, BN - Jean Segura, BN - Shin-Soo Choo, BN - Matt Kemp, SP - Chris Sale, SP - Madison Bumgarner, SP - Andrew Cashner, SP - Julio Teheran, RP - Jason Grilli, RP - LaTroy Hawkins, RP - David Robertson, BN - Cliff Lee, BN - Koji Uehara, BN - Joe Nathan, BN - Martin Perez, DL - Clayton Kershaw

Thinking I might bundle Choo and Segura/Ramirez and try to get a solid 3B.

*Acquired Andrew McCutchen and Alex Rios today for Francisco Rodriguez and David Wright.

*Also acquired Hanley Ramirez and Joe Nathan for Greg Holland and Jose Reyes today.

I love trading. I've done fantasy hockey and basketball for 4 years now and I'm always the name you see in your trade requests box. Sometimes it bites me in the ass, but other times it really pays off. It's risky, and that's why I love it. If there's anything on either of these teams that you think I should change, let me know and I'll gladly swing a trade to someone in my leagues! Thanks for reading, and sorry for the long post!
