The Streamer Report provides you with daily startng pitcher streaming selections for owners who prefer to stream starting pitchers on a daily basis. This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN Yahoo leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.
Before I take a look at Thursday's streaming options, let's see how my streamers fared on Tuesday:

Thursday's Streamers
Nathan Eovaldi vs Braves
Eovaldi has made two starts vs the Braves this season, giving a grand total of zero runs in 15 innings of work, while giving up only eight hits, walking five and striking out 14. Eovaldi is still owned in less than 2% of ESPN leagues and should be picked up in keeper leagues.
Joe Kelly vs Brewers
Kelly has won eight of his twelve big league starts, and gets the Brewers on Thursday night. Kelly has given up two runs or less in nine of his last ten starts and that should continue on Thursday night.
Tanner Roark vs Mets
Roark sparkled in his major league debut vs the Marlins last week, shutting them out for six innings, while giving up just four base runners and striking out four. I could see him performing similarly vs the Mets AAAA lineup.
