The Streamer Report provides you with daily startng pitcher streaming selections for owners who prefer to stream starting pitchers on a daily basis. This report identifies starting pitchers who are owned in less than 50% of ESPN Yahoo leagues, and who either has a decent track record vs their opponent, has pitched well of late, or has a decent matchup.
Before I take a look at Monday's streaming options, let's see how my streamers fared on Saturday (note: Jorge De La Rosa pitched on Friday night):

Monday's Streamers
Jose Quintana vs Yankees
It's a surprise to me that Quintana is owned in just 16.3% of ESPN leagues as he is only 7-4 with a solid 3.66 ERA and 1.23 WHIP in his 27 starts this season. He has given up 3 runs or less in nine of his last ten starts and faces a Yankees team that ranks in the bottom half in runs scored this season.
Danny Duffy vs Mariners
Duffy has pitched great in his last two starts and will look to continue that trend vs the Mariners on Monday. He has not given up a run in his last two starts, shutting out the Tigers and Twins while giving up just six hits in his last 12+ innings.
Charlie Morton vs Brewers
Morton has been brilliant over his last five starts, as he has given up just 7 runs over his last 34.1 innings of work. He has made 14 starts this season, with a 3.14 ERA and 1.29 WHIP.
