Waiver Wire: 10 Under 10%

Brian Creagh takes a look at 10 players owned in fewer than 10% of Yahoo leagues

Tyler Colvin (8% Owned) - Colvin has come up blazing hitting 2 HR's and 7 RBI's in 15 ABs since his call up. His positional flexibility should get him frequent at-bats and he has the power to make an impact in all fantasy leagues. Worth a look if you need 1B or OF depth.

Gregor Blanco (2% Owned) - Blanco should be a nice source of R's, SB's, and AVG hitting atop the SF lineup. He hit his first HR of the year Friday night, and although there isn't much power here to speak of, he's clearly locked in and performing at a high level.

Devin Mesoraco (1% Owned) - The lack of a starting gig tempers his current value, but tough to beat the upside if injury or some other factor gets him some more AB's. He's been playing great in limited looks.

Rajai Davis (6% Owned) - Pure speed play here, but he's getting some run and can help roto owners looking to catch some ground in the SB department.

Will Venable (5% Owned) - I feel like Venable is always on lists like this that I put together. He never gets much love but he's an across-the-board contributor. Won't do you any favors in AVG, but his power/speed combo is legit and the playing time is consistent. Not easy to find for a guy owned in just 5% of leagues.

Alex Torres (1% Owned) - A reliever putting up sick strikeout rates, Torres has yet to give up an ER in 14.1 innings of work. H2H owners or roto guys with some innings left to eat, should plug this guy in.

Jordan Lyles (3% Owned) - Read Ray's piece on Lyles here. He's been on a roll lately and after racking up 10 K's against Seattle, he's earned my trust for now.

Chad Gaudin (7% Owned) - Against two of the NL's best offenses (STL & ARI) Gaudin had two great outings and brought home two W's. I've been surprised to see the ~9.0 K/9 carry over from his relief numbers, but if he can keep that up and keep the walks down he should remain in the rotation for the rest of the season.

Jacob Turner (9% Owned) - Turner has been excellent in his return to the majors. He's inducing grounders at a 54.5% rate and has yet to give up a home run. The strikeouts are down at 5.85 K/9, but there's still value here pitching in a friendly home ballpark.

Roy Oswalt (2% Owned) - Everything I read says he's ready. I know the Texas run didn't go so well last year, but at this price I'm willing to buy in and risk it. Colorado has the offense to consistently support Oswalt, and I think he stumbles into 7-8 Wins this season.
