Mark J. Rebilas-US PRESSWIRE
Ray Guilfoyle updates his starting pitcher and reliever rankings for NL-only leagues, to get you ready for your NL-only drafts over the next few weeks.
Some of you, including one of my buddies in my big money NL-only league asked for updated NL-only rankings, as the ones I previously posted were done before spring training. I was planning on doing it, so here are my updated NL-only position rankings. But, in the interest of time, there will be no dialogue with the exception of a few glaring changes, mainly due to spring training injuries.
With that said, here are my updated NL-only starting pitcher and reliever rankings for 2013:
Starting Pitchers
The big changes involved moving Phillies starter Roy Halladay down my rankings. Is it a knee-jerk reaction to his spring training performance? Sort of. It's the bad spring training performance after his injury-marred 2012 season. The same goes for former Giants ace (that has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?) Tim Lincecum. I am staying as far away from both of these starters as possible this season.
A few guys who made moves up include Matt Harvey, Jon Niese, Homer Bailey, Josh Beckett, Ian Kennedy and Tim Hudson. Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw remains as my #1 NL-only starting pitcher, and for good reason.

Relievers
I didn't rank Reds pitcher Aroldis Chapman in my starting pitcher rankings because I think he will be closing for the team this season. As you can see, he is my #2 ranked closer, right behind Braves closer Craig Kimbrel.
A couple closers who I think could lose their jobs this year include: Brandon League (shocking, I know), Carlos Marmol, Jason Grilli, and Sergio Romo.
