Our league is an uber competitive 28 team, 7x7(Hlds, QS, OBP, SLG) league that is looking for an owner that can be dedicated to not only a major league roster, but a farm roster that is very realistic, in that every single year, your team gets the draft class that your parent MLB club has drafted and signed. Needless to say, it is fairly demanding and also a blast if you love prospects. It is a salary cap league, where every team has a $92mm cap, so everyone is on equal footing.
