Which Keeper would you choose?

I am in a 16 team dynasty league and there are some formidable young pitchers on the free agent market. I have a 3 year deal available and I was wondering who you would keep at the league minimum price?

The pitchers that are available are as follows:

Liam Hendriks (MIN) - Love the strikeouts and potential to be a mid rotation starter.
Garrett Richards (LAA) - Has shown flashes in the past, not sure long-term.
Jake Arrieta (BAL) - Young and still with some potential.
Wade Davis (TB) - If the Rays trade Shields, then Davis could slip back into a starting role.

So which would you take in my situation? Should I consider signing more than one, as SP's in our league are important? Any comments are appreciated or just vote with the buttons.
