14 team dynasty league. I have Kipnis manning 2B now, who is comparable to Kinsler and a lot younger. Looking to deal Kinsler while his stock is at its highest. Is this trade worth it:

I give Kinsler. I get Wil Myers, Drew Pomeranz, Jesus Montero

I don't have any holes in my roster at this point, but am looking to increase younger talent. Montero I think is a good long term C, despite his issues this year. Myers is going to mash, and Pomeranz has a high ceiling. Thoughts?
