This is a 12 team, 34 man roster well established Dynasty League. Teams who didn't make the playoffs the previous year gets to carry 36 players in-season, 38 players off-season. It's a 5x5 weekley scoring league, H2H by categories . No salaries, no draft (other than the initial draft years ago). You can sign whoever you want in the world that isn't on another roster. The key is the smaller roster sizes that enables anyone to be competitive over time if they manage their roster effectively and prevents someone from hoarding prospects if they want to be competitive.
