Im in a 24 team keeper league where pitching is heavily favored(Matt Kemp finished 9th in points last year) and my team is decent but could use a little more pitching. I was offered this:

I get: Trevor Bauer, Matt Wieters, Alcides Escobar, Alexi Ogando

I give: Adam Wainwright, Miguel Montero, Manny Machado, Kevin Millwood

Any advice would help... I think its a good deal but should i try to give Ricky Nolasco instead of Wainwright? thanks
