5x5 roto with daily lineup changes. 10 team mixed. 29 man rosters/6 bench slots.

I'm new to roto but familiar with daily lineups.

My question is- Are these following pitchers worthy of staying on my roster in between starts, or should I be dumping/streaming them for whoever is on the bump that day?:

Brandon Mccarthy, Max Scherzer, Chacin, Marcum, Jaime Garcia. These are not guys I'd hold onto in h2h but I'm not sure of their value in this roto format.

Seems like I could gain a ton of strikeouts and wins over the course of the season if I kept those 4 roster spots fluid. But surely I'd take a hit in whip & ERA right?

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
