He's Not Dunn
His name may be Dunn but he's not.
Adam Dunn was ranked 36th overall in 2011 by ESPN experts. 36! now some people are leaving him out of their mock drafts.
The entire White Sox team was a disappointment in 2011 and hopefully crazy Ozzie was the problem.
Here is a few things I found interesting about the slugger:
Adam Dunn was ranked as the 5th 1B by ESPN ahead of Paul Konerko and Mike Napoli last season.
CBS had him 8th.
He's not a fan of new places? Think again! In 2008, Dunn hit 8 HR and 26 RBI over 44 AB in Arizona.
He also hit 38 HR two seasons in a row in Washington.
Before last season, Dunn had seven consecutive seasons with at least 38 HR, 92 RBI and 79 runs.
Streaks like that can stop but not down to 11 HR, 42 RBI, 36 runs.
Jun 8, CWS @ BAL, Dunn got the day off and spent the day watching footage from his 40 HR seasons. He new something about him was wrong. The next day he went 1/3 with a HR. Dunn knows something is wrong and this is his evidence that he needs to find out what is wrong.
He is currently being drafted 268th overall according to Mock Draft Central.
He is ranked 26th among 1B by ESPN.
38th at CBS
My Dunn projections: 60 R 30 HR 80 RBI 1 SB .235 AVG
He should be top 20 with 40 HR potential.

I think Dunn's
gonna rebound something fierce. In BA leagues he’s a liability, but as a 3-true-outcome player, he’s gonna be a beast in OBP leagues. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if he out performs Konerko this year.
