Dynasty Leagues

How does your dynasty league encourage participation and competition among the bottom feeders in your league? In other words, what are some rules you've used to keep people from tanking?

I've been playing in dynasty leagues for 10 years now. We play 20 team leagues, H2H, with a 15 man prospect list. We've instituted a lottery system for our drafts, but beyond that we don't have any rules setup to prevent tanking, other than an honor system. I'm curious what rules some of you all have instituted in leagues such as this?

Sandwich picks

I award a sandwich pick b/t the first two rounds of the upcoming season’s prospect draft to the winner of the consolation ladder in my 20 team H2H league….it’s a very small reward but it’s something.

The top 4 are in the money, then the first draft pick goes to the 5th place finisher. Then 6th place, 7, 8th, 9th etc. So u get rewarded for where u finish
