The Extra Point Poll: Week 9

Rich Schultz

SB Nation and XFINITY are teaming up on the weekly Extra Point Poll, where we ask you to vote on which player will have the better fantasy week. Make your vote count by voting in the poll.

SB Nation and XFINITY are teaming up in The Extra Point Poll series where we will pick two players at the same position and ask you who will have the better fantasy week. Last week we asked you which quarterback would have the most passing yards in Week 8, Peyton Manning or Ben Roethlisberger. While both quarterbacks lead their team to victory by throwing for three touchdowns apiece, it was Manning who threw for more yards in Week 8. Manning completed 22 of his 30 passes for 305 yards and 3 touchdowns, while Roethlisberger completed 24 of his 33 passes for just 222 yards and three touchdowns.

In this week's Extra Point Poll presented by XFINITY, we will take a look at two runnings backs, one of which is facing the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football: LeSean McCoy and Marshawn Lynch. Lynch will be home vs the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. The Vikings rank 18th in points allowed to opposing running backs thus far in 2012. McCoy travels to New Orleans to take on the struggling Saints defense on Monday Night Football. The Saints rank 30th in most points allowed to opposing running backs in 2012.

Which running back will have the most rushing yards in Week 9: Marshawn Lynch or LeSean McCoy?
