Seeking unbiased opinion on Dynasty team
16 team, H2H, standard 5x5+ OPS and Holds. We keep 25 of 35 with no restrictions. I think my team is real contender for the next few years but it helps to hear input from those that arent vested. What do you think, where are my weaknesses and concerns over time?

Impressive for 14-team league.
I don’t know what you tell you, other than you’re right. You’re certainly built for long-term success. Lots of youth or guys in their prime. An amazingly solid infield, good OF, great UTL guys. Montero should get C eligibility quickly. Great starters for so many teams.
If you are only deciding between Erlin and Zambrano, I say go for Erlin. As much as Big Z might get hyped with the move to Miami and his determination to show up the Cubs, he’s aging poorly and won’t be better than a bench player. At least Erlin has upside for long-term. The rest of your team is built to win now, so you can afford to wait in Erlin for a year or two until he gets full playing time and irons out his game in the bigs.
