Fantasy Hockey 2011: Saturday Starting Backup Goalies (UPDATED)

Not much going on in the backup goalie starts today. Be sure to check back later on for anymore updates on backup goalies who have been verified to start today.

Josh Harding, Wild vs. Stars - Despite having a great year so far, Harding has struggled against the Stars in three career starts. What doesn't help things is that both the Wild and the Stars have been struggling lately so it's a risky play if you want to start Harding.

Jean-Sebastien Giguere, Avalanche vs. Kings - He's got a good career track record against the Kings 37 career starts (is he really that old?!). Both teams have been playing well so he's a good shot to play if you own him.

UPDATE

Scott Clemmensen, Panthers vs. Jets - He's done a good job against the Jets/Thrashers franchise but it hasn't translated to much wins. With both teams struggling lately, he might be good for goalie stats but iffy on the Wins.

That's all I have at this point but be sure to check back before 6 pm CST for any more updates on backup goalies starting today. In the mean time, be sure to follow us on Twitter at and
