Fantasy Football 2011: Week 3 DEF/ST Rankings

Defenses to start: Pittsburgh Steelers, San Diego Chargers, Arizona Cardinals - All of their matchups are against teams with very weak offenses that are missing key players. These defenses should rack up mega points.

Defenses to avoid - Buffalo Bills and Minnesota Vikings - They are playing two high powered offenses that are probably going to score at will. These two defenses are not going to stand a chance.

Denver Broncos - The Broncos have some injuries on their defense coming into week 3. They also face Tennessee on the road and the Titans offense seems to be waking up.
