PrintI'm normally pretty confidant in what I should do but this trade offer is killing me. The league is PPR with bonuses at 75, 100 and 125 yards.
The trade: The Cam Newton owner has ffered me the following.
I get Phillip Rivers and Peyton Hillis for MJD and Matt Schaub
Thoughts? My team is as follows
QB: Matt Schaub
Joey Flacco
WR: Greg Jennings
RB: MJD
Te: Tony Gonzalez

Not sure I agree totally
but the PPR thing does level the field a bit for Hillis. Let’s not forget, however, that Hillis this year has put up 151 rushing yards against Cincy and Indy (with 3.4 YPC), while MJD has put up 185 rushing yards against Tennessee and the Jets – two far superior defenses – with 4.4 YPC.
The difference between Rivers and Schaub may make up for it, but I’d take MJD in a heartbeat over Hillis.

Gabbert starting means 8 man fronts for MJD for the foreseeable future…sell now.
Because Luke McCown was a huge downfield threat?

that defenses are going to play remarkably differently against Gabbert than they have against McCown. MJD doesn’t stand to lose value.
