Fantasy Football 2011: Week 2 IDP Rankings

To be honest, I wasn't planning on doing weekly IDP ranks, but after checking out other sites' offerings, I felt it was my duty. Yes I did just use three commas in the opening sentence. Instead of wasting time to revise it, I'll spend more time on these rankings (promise). IDP doesn't get enough love out there, so we're going to try and keep this going for the season. Don't forget that there will be IDP guys on Waiver Wire Scoops every Tuesday.

Thoughts on Devin McCourty?

He’s been my go-to DB in leagues this year, and he got a lot of work last week against Brandon Marshall. I like him because he seems to be targeted a lot and in fantasy its not about being a shutdown corner, its about being an opportunity corner. You got him on your radar? Should I be thinking of grabbing someone else?

If you can play any DB, I certainly prefer a safety over a CB. I’d rather have any S listed above over him (assuming you don’t get a ton ofpoints for picks).
