New dynasty is looking for managers. We currently have a full league, but as I'm sure you know, there are plenty of managers out there that don't seem to care. The draft order is set, but we will not be drafting until after the current MLB regular season. This is a 20 team Salary Cap/Contract based league that will be hosted on proboards and played on Yahoo.
