Which guys should I keep and should I accept this trade?

Hey everyone, I am in a 16-team keeper league with 8 keepers and am all but out of the playoff race. I am looking toward my keepers for next year and have also been offered a trade that I don't know whether to accept or not. The categories for my league are: R, 1B, 2B, 3B, HR, SB, BB, AVG, W, L, CG, SV, K, Holds, ERA, WHIP, and Quality Starts. The positions to fill are C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, LF, CF, RF, Util, and 4 SP slots, 4 RP slots and 1 P slot. My roster looks like this:

Danny Duffy (Kan- SP)

Matt Moore (TB- SP)

Josh Johnson (Fla- SP)

Stephen Strasburg (Was- SP)

Carlos Marmol (Chi- RP)

Joel Hanrahan (Pit- RP)

I have also been offered Ubaldo Jimenez and Hanley Ramirez for Strasburg, Johnson, and Marcum. Does this sound like a good deal? There's lots of risk with every player involved in the trade, but I'm hesitant to give up Strasburg's immense upside. I appreciate all input regarding keeper suggestions as well as trade input. I feel similarly

I think Strasburg could be incredible next year, but Ramirez has a great upside as well. My instinct is to keep Strasburg and let him produce at the level he is capable in order to get full value should I ever trade him, but Ramirez’s skills are very tempting

but you are giving up one of the best pitchers in the game in JJ

one of the best young pitchers in the game in strausburg, and a very solid pitcher in marcum.
for one of the best hitters in baseball wich is good.
but u are getting one of the most overrated pitchers in the game in return for 2 ace’s and a very solid #2.
ubaldo’s 2010 season was great and all. but he was a one year wonder

the only reason I think I would do this trade would be to avoid the risk of injuries to Johnson and Strasburg, but even then, Hanley and Ubaldo haven’t been the healthiest of players either

What about...

What if I were to make an offer to the other owner for Hanley and Lincecum?
Would an offer of Strasburg, Johnson, Marcum, and maybe Santana be too much? It’d leave me with pitching of Greinke and Lincecum, which is great, but not too much beyond that

and Josh Johnson if he stays healthy next year s one of the, if not the best pitcher in baseball. i’d offer werth greinke and marcum for hanley and lincecum. maybe throw in one of ur closers.

Just to Clarify...

There’s no special rules with the keepers such as draft picks or contracts. Your 8 keepers are the first 8 rounds of the draft and then we draft in the order of last place to first. We can also have keepers for infinite years

you will learn that most people, especially those in positions of authority over you, do, in fact, like proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Enough so that they will consistently toss your resume in the trash when it is loaded with errors. Don’t fret, McD’s doesn’t care about that kind of thing, though.

you think thats right? and it is close in some areas.
i live in jersey, not the suburbs. near the beach.
i am middle class. most of the country is.
spoiled? no, do i et what i want? yes, how? because i go and get it. or find a way to get it.
in school, i am pretty good in all subjects except sciene and spanish. otherwise i am above average. and the state testing is also above average.
do i have a scholarship? no, i havent been offered one. am i getting one? yes. its happening. it may be to toledo (if i vastly under-performed the next 3 seasons.). but im getting one, u hvae no reason to believe me. so i dont blame your doubt. but as i described below. im playing football for the rest of my life. im getting a scholarship. me and a few others from my school are on this path. my school has been heavily recruited the last several years. and this year a few of the seniors are getting offers to D-1 schools. i expect no less. especially since i have been to many camps with scouts. and have talked to a few. so think what u want. i have no reason to blame u for not believeing me. but i also have no reason to care.

how exactly do you know where i have been banned form, and who likes me. what, did u do polls on every site. if so, i concede. but i doubt it. and the fact that you say nobody likes me? my mom said she liked me.
oh, and a car salesman? no. tho i have been told would make a great salesperson. i would most likely join the military if somehow i dont get a schollarship. but chances are i do get one.

Just an FYI......

…..if you live near the beach in New Jersey, you live in suburbia. Just look at a population density map you will see that the population density along the Jersey Shore is very similar to that of any other suburban area. Also the New Jersey coast is located centrally within the Northeast megalopolis, meaning that it is not rural, and barrier islands such as those that make up the Jersey shore cannot support the infrastructure required to be urban. That means you are with an ~99% likelihood from the suburbs.

P.S. Your not “what you call a real job” probably will just overcrowd the prison system more than it already is

have not decided. i got a little while left b4 i even start visiting.

i have been to several cams with scouts and tho no official scholarship offer has been made. (they dont really offer them this early im going into soph.)
i’m expecting, and have been told that i will be getting several D1 offers.
as you can tell i love rutgers. and their scouts have been at several of the camps i’ve been to, including the RU one. so im going to strongly consider them.
but if i am lucky enough to get an offer to a national title contender (doubt that happens, but i still have a few years to proove myself) i would obviously consider that heavily.
i just hope i dont get injured again. because i have had 2 major injury’s in my past. and am finally gonna be 100%. they say the junior season is the most important. but if i miss my sophmore season, the scouts may forget me, or look other ways. and football is my life. i dont think it would be complete with atleast a shot to get to the pro’s. i personall dont care if anyone doubts me. or doesnt believe this to be true. i just wanna ay football. and have relized i cant listen to what anyone tells me, wether its good or bad. i have to do this by myself
