don’t know who else is available though; depending on whether the WR or RB pool is stronger, that would affect my decision between Bryant and Bradshaw. Bryant only caught 3.75 passes a game last year, so in a PPR league, he wouldn’t be automatic in my book.

Then I’m torn between Mike Williams and Dez Bryant. Bryant is probably the smart pick, but I really like Mike Williams.

people severely overrate blount. 1 season from a guy like him doesnt do it for me. he was a rookie and had a great year. but i dont think he is near as good as the other 2 rooks.
blount isnt gonna slide under any raders this year either.

Its a PPR league

Blount’s Value in a PPR league has to drop since the guy wont catch anything this year. Mike Williams is the Number 1 guy in a young talented offense. Bryant has to deal with Miles and Witten, and Bradshaw is good too even though Jacobs will take more touches away this year.

Thanks to all of you for checking in with your inputs.

At this point, I’ve pretty much narrowed it down to Blount, Bryant, M. Williams, and Bradshaw. I feel as though I can get a quarterback in the draft. Here are my new thoughts, let me know if I’m off-base.

1. None of the players I’m considering are particularly “proven”. I suppose Bradshaw is the closest, however.
2. Bryant and Blount seem to have the highest upside.
3. Touches could become an issue for Bryant and Bradshaw.
4. With Jamaal Charles, I could keep Blount and Bradshaw and forget about the running back position.
5. Or, I could keep one of Blount/Bradshaw and Dez Bryant, and just take the best flex available.

A couple questions for you guys: where do you find the best schedule info? What are your thoughts on the Giant’s O-line, and the Cowboy’s offense in general?

id say bradshaw is pretty proven. done a lot

i’d take bryant over blount
bradshaw and jacobs will more evenly split carries. but that is still a lot. bradhsaw prob. around 200-250 carries.
4. you may have found a great option. but i personally think blount is a better trade peice then he is a player. he is a big name, i think you could prob. include him in a deal to get either a top quater-back or WR.
Giants oline, young. but it has 3 of the better lineman in the NFL.
Karreem mckenzie is easily the best RT, Chris Snee is top 3 RG, easily the best. and David Baas is a top 5-7 center.
will beaty is a young LT that the giants are very high on.
and david deihl was our old LT moved to LG.
