Dynasty League Rebuilding Help

I'm in a 14 team dynasty league and my team was pretty garbage to start the year (still is). But I have improved it pretty steadily with some future oriented trades. I was wondering general opinions on my team/how far away I am/any advice for players to move etc. Italicized are players that are still currently stored in my farm/are prospects. The league has 3 OF spots and 4 Util Spots hence why not afraid to load up on OF.

C- Wilson Ramos, Wilin Rosario

1B- Billy Butler, Kendry Morales, Carlos Lee, Paul Goldschmidt

2B- Brandon Phillips, Dan Uggla, Danny Espinosa, Jose Altuve

SS- Alcides Escobar, Ian Desmond, Wilmer Flores (probably won't stay)

3B- Nolan Arenado

OF- Hunter Pence, Cameron Maybin, Josh Reddick, Dexter Fowler, Matt Joyce, Peter Bourjos, Austin Jackson, JD Martinez, Brett Jackson, Bubba Starling, Mikie Mahtook, Trayvon Robinson, Jaff Decker, Josh Sale

SP- Bud Norris, Johnny Cueto, Jordan Lyles, Johan Santana, Carlos Carrasco, James McDonald, Matt Moore, Matt Barnes, Simon Castro, Trey McNutt

RP- Jonathan Broxton, Ryan Madson, JJ Putz, Fautina de Los Santos, Michael Bowden

I am currently trying to shop Lee, Phillips, Uggla, Joyce. I have received some good offers for Phillips and in retrospect probably should have dealt him, I'm slow on trigger finger (was offered Kennedy and a first rounder or Franklin/Singleton/Perez, but I'm confident another decent offer should come up)

I would trade both Uggla and Phillips, and Lee, for the best offers. Uggla is very hot right now, so try to talk that up. He hit 2 bombs tonight….so that helps.
You need help at 3b and SS….
You need Morales to come back healthy next year, and Goldschmidt to not flop now that he is up.
I wouldn’t deal for any relief pitchers.
I would even try to package Maybin now that he is actually hitting this season to see if you can get a solid prospect back. I am warming up to him though.

Maybin

I have high hopes for Maybin. I think he may finally feel comfortable, and that park just seems like it’s made for him and his speed.

Morales

If you can get anything for him, I’d try to unload him. Hopefully there’s some manager in your league that looks at his one great year and expects that from him. I just don’t see it happening.

trade ugla and phillips

johan santanna aswell.
and jonathan broxton. he plays on a team that is currentley turrible. and wont see many save opertunities

I would package Phillips and Lee to get a good 3B

Perhaps take a chance on a guy like Pedro Alvarez and you could also get another decent player in that trade. Or you could also throw in an OF like A. Jackson and get a top young talent like Mike Stanton or McCutchen. Trading Phillips, Lee and JAckson for Alvarez and McCutchen would set you up nicely for the future.

You could also use some SP help. Either way you need to flip a 2B and 1B into something that will help you down the line.
