So a topic I have been thinking a lot about lately is the seeming abundance of quality arms at the minor league level.  I wanted to know what you guys think of the big minor league arms so let me know how you would rank the top teir of minor league pitchers.  This ranking is on fantasy performance for the next 2-3 seasons so take into account who you expect to get the most playing time in that span.  I see it as follows (and I guarantee I'm forgetting someone but oh well)

Julio Teheran

Matt Moore

Shelby Miller

Martin Perez

I would include Jameson Taillon on this list in his overall potential, but his standing as a prospect is because of his long term potential, he most likely will not be playing in the majors until a season or so after the above guys (this is only his first season in professional ball)
