Should I do this trade???

PrintIm in a 13 team 5 x 5 roto league. My hitting is by far the best in the league. 1st in runs scored, 1st in Homeruns, 2nd in RBIs, 4th in Avg. and 4th in steals. But my era and whip are both literally dead last. So i was just offered the following trade. I get: Cliff Lee, Gaby Sanchez, and Mark Melancon. I give: Prince Fielder, Adam Jones, and Aaron Crow. He wants aaron crow because he thinks hes still the royals closer... lol. So i pretty much just give up Prince fielder and Adam Jones. So should i do the trade with the given position im in? And should i also do the trade, not taking my hitting and pitching into account?
