Fake Teams Hitting the Fantasy Links

Happy Thursday.  Some news that broke just as I was getting ready to schedule this to publish: Brandon Lyon is being flown back to Houston to be examined for shoulder problems, according to Astros rep Alyson Footer.  Also, don't forget that we've got another early game today.

Rotoprofessor goes digging for rebound candidates by looking at the five pitchers with the lowest strand rates.

RotoGraphs continues to update their positional rankings; today they rerank second basemen and closers.

RotoExperts updates their closer chart and tries to make some sense out of the Cardinals' bullpen, among others.

Roto Hardball updates their Top 20 Prospects for 2011.

COSFBA has some streaming candidates for you, if you're into that sort of thing.

KFFL and RotoGraphs have some waiver wire recommendations.  Lester's Legends has some recommendations for those that need RBI help.

RotoExperts notes that there has been a power surge of sorts this year.

Star-divide

RotoGraphs profiles Adrian Gonzalez and David DeJesus, two players who have recently suffered arm injuries.

Lester's Legends likes Adam Dunn to bounceback.

KFFL is the latest site to dig into Yovani Gallardo's rough start, and the outlook here is a bit more rosy than I've seen elsewhere.  Remember: It's always good to get a wide variety of opinions before you do something drastic, so read up if you're a Gallardo owner.

The Hardball Times thinks about Francisco Liriano's no-hitter.  Some good philosophical stuff here about benching cold starting pitchers.

RotoGraphs recommends Freddy Garcia for those in AL-Only leagues.

Johnny Cueto is about ready to get activated from the DL, and Roto Hardball has some notes on him.

Michael Pineda gave up 4 runs last night, including his first two home runs as a major leaguer, but he also threw 77 of 97 pitches for strikes.  He's going to be fine.

RotoRob digs into some of the Rangers relievers, and also Sean Green for some reason.  In any case, Neftali Feliz might be activated on Friday, so you'll be able to stop worrying about Darren Oliver and Arthur Rhodes soon.

Rotoprofessor has a comprehensive injury report.

John Sickels' Prospect of the Day is 2B Jemile Weeks, brother of Rickie.

Baseball America and KFFL have prospect roundups.
