Need your advice on a trade

I inherited a pathetic team and am trying to rebuild. I have two offers on the table. At this point, I'm simply trying to acquire warm bodies. Do either of these deals help me? If so, which one is better?
1. I give up Ben Zobrist and Chase Headley and receive Brett Lawrie and Lonnie Chisenhall
OR
2. I give up Ben Zobrist and receive Bud Norris and Brett Lawrie

i can keep them for as long as i like. like i said in my original post, i’m simply trying to acquire warm bodies. i have ZERO depth and am playing for next year. my goal in all of this is building a dynasty
