Pujols offered in the Trade - Take it or Counter it?

I was just offered this trade in my league: I get Albert Pujols & Kurt Suzuki. I give up Zack Grienke, Carlos Santana and Chris Perez. I have no problem giving up Grienke as I have Tomlin, Verlander, Haren and Marcum all on my team and a 5th starter may not be needed if these guys keep going 8-9 innings a night. I am also sick of Santana this season - high pick (10th round) not doing a whole lot for me. My issue is Perez - I have Street, F. Salas and Santos as well on my team. I like Perez as he is on the hottest team in MLB right now. Are the other three enough to help me keep steady with saves for the rest of the year? Are Salas and Santos going to stick as their team's closers? Should I counter with one of the other three to keep Perez? Any thoughts?
