What do you guys think of this trade?

PrintRegular 5x5 roto league, 12 teams. I'm in the middle of the pack, but second to 8th place are pretty close,i kinda got burned for choosing but Uggla and Gonzalez.
I got offered Colby Rasmus and Coco Crisp by the current league leader for Carlos Gonzalez, i need steals, Carlos is doing better but i think Rasmus might give me the same production, or at least same homers higher average and runs, and i get Coco's steals.

I would Decline
I think Cargo will do a lot better for the rest of the year. Rasmus is okay but not spectacular and Coco Crisp is a waiver wire pickup.
