Trade Help

Hey guys,

So me and this dude have been going back and forth with deal proposals all year. And I've always been trying to get Bautista, and/or Weaver.

He's insisted that he won't trade both of tthem to me. 

So I'm looking at getting just Weaver.

The latest deal he's offered me is 

I get:
Lance Berkman
Martin Prado
Jered Weaver

He gets:
Adam Lind
Matt Holliday
Jhoulys Chacin

So what do you guys think, I'm currently 3rd in my league with this guy in 2nd. He loves Holliday, includes him almost every proposal, and seems to like Jhoulys a lot too. 

The league is a 10 H2H 5x5 league

So I need your guys help let me know what you think. Or offer any other ideas in regards to my team.
