Pineda or Hellickson?

I'm in a keeper league and won't be able to keep both guys after the season so I'm trying to decide who would be the better bet to ship out via trade before either possibly gets shut down later in the year.  I think I'm more in favor of keeping Pineda based on what I've seen of both guys this year and looking at their advanced stats, but just wanted to get an idea as to what other people thought.

Star-divide

I wanted to put in an offer for Jay Bruce since his owner is low on quality pitchers so just to get an idea of a deal I was hoping to swing:

Hellickson/Smoak for Jay Bruce (I also have Hosmer and Belt is a FA so I can replace Smoak, and J. Zimmermann is a FA I can pick up to replace Hellickson for this season)

Pineda/someone like Tabata/Markakis for Jay Bruce

Thanks.

I keep Smoak….he’s not getting much press, but is having a solid year year. Can you throw in someone else to get Bruce?
Smoak > Belt this year and long term, in my opinion.

This is who I've got as far as hitters...

C. Santana, Smoak, Pedroia, Youkilis, Hanley, Markakis, Cruz, J. Upton, Heyward, Hosmer, Ortiz, Alvarez, Tabata. I didn’t think Alvarez or Tabata would get it done so that’s why I was OK with Smoak. Maybe Markakis/Hellickson for Bruce and hope Markakis still has some name value (although I just traded for him a few weeks ago and have been happy since)?

Or

I could try to get Choo from his owner who has a pretty stacked lineup (Bautista, M. Cabrera, Pujols, Crawford, Rasmus, Choo to name a few) but not so hot pitching. Hellickson/someone for Choo?

Tough choice

for some reason I am leaning going for Bruce….could finally reach the 30 HR level this year, but Choo is a regular 20-20-.300 guy…..tough call.
