Liriano may be injured. I don’t know. But, he is 94% owned in CBS leagues and has a 1-1 record in weather not generally seen next to igloos. I disagree that he should be dropped. The Twins will never point out that weather could be a factor as they are marketing Target Field as a miraculous place where the weather is always wonderful and lollipops grow from the ground.

If Liriano is sent to the DL or removed from the rotation, I would bench him. You know how good he has been. Previous FIP and K/9 spell a future CY. Dropping Liriano now is comparable to dropping Teixeira after one of his bad Aprils. He will come around unless there is something seriously physically wrong, which at this point is speculation.

I am forced to pick up an extra SP in one league to cover for Liriano— someone dropped Bumgarner, who now has one good start. This leaves the team at 4 vs. 5 closers.
