News and Injury Notes

Felix Jones- Felix did not practice on Tuesday with his tight hamstring. He likely to play and should be set as a RB2 this week against the Eagles. If you're the slightest bit worried, feel free to grab Sammy Morris.

Roy Helu- The Cornhusker is dealing with toe and ankle injuries and did not participate in team drills on Tuesday. The degree of these injuries are not yet known and we'll have to wait until Wednesday to see how the Skins play it. Evan Royster is the handcuff here and is decent player to grab since the Skins might be able to put up some points vs. Minnesota.

Kevin Smith- Kevin Smith was a full participant on Wednesday. He should be good to go in the highest scoring game of the weekend.

Chris Johnson- Johnson was limited in practice and is expected to play. Pick up Jamie Harper for insurance since he'll be featured sans CJ2K.
