Which RB's should I start this weekend?

I'm in a standard scoring league (10 yards per point rushing and receiving, 6 for TD, no PPR) playoff matchup this weekend, and I need to start 3 of these 4 RB's:
Chris Johnson (TEN) @ IND
Frank Gore (SF) vs. PIT
Felix Jones (DAL) @ TB
Roy Helu (WAS) NYG
Which three do you guys think I should start?
Thanks in advance.
p.s. I also have Kendall Hunter as a backup to Gore if for some reason anyone thinks I should start him...

Johnson, Jones, and Helu
Gotta play the matchups here. Gore is a little gimpy, still, and SF seems to possibly be content to rest him a good bit, with the division already locked up. And going against Pitt, even with James Harrison out, is no picnic for a RB.

Biggest Giants homer there ever was. Probably thinks the unstoppable Giants D will limit Helu to 20 yds on 20 carries.

i think that since the redskins passing o is so god awful. the ginats piss poor run D can load up the box

Not that reality and actual evidence have ever mattered to you
But the ’Skins passing game is not “god awful.” Grossman has had only one poor passing game in his last 4, which came against the top-rated Jets pass D. The Giants pass D is possibly as bad as their run D, so they will have to play honestly, and not stack the box.

The Giants D
Has given up the 4th-most passing yards, the 11th-most rushing yards, and the 6th-most points in the NFL.
I don’t think anyone should be afraid of starting ANY player against them.
pretty bad today.
but helu has been a non-factor

start Chris Johnson, Felix Jones and Helu
Johnson and Jones are going to get alot of points.
Helu has had three straight 100 yard games, I think he’ll continue to go strong.
