Lineup Help for Week 13

Hi FakeTeams community,

I was wondering if I could get all of your help to set my lineup for this coming week and for the rest of the season. What moves do you suggest I make?

For starters, here is my current Lineup:

QB - Tony Romo, Tim Tebow
WR - Andre Johnson, Steve Smith, Laurent Robinson, Jeremy Maclin, Santana Moss
RB - Arian Foster, Steven Jackson, Kevin Smith, Ben Tate, Roy Helu
TE - Antonio Gates

First Question:

I like my team overall, but I feel I need stronger RB's to really compete.

I could pick up one of the following RB's off the waiver wire. Would you suggest I do so?

CJ Spiller

Toby Gerhart

Jackie Battle

If i did pick one of them up, who should I drop?

Second Question:

Here are some of the WR's on my waiver wire:

Mike Williams

Jabar Gaffney

Reggie Wayne

Robert Meacham

Michael Crabtree

Should I pick any of these players to stash on my bench, or play this week?

Would appreciate all of your help, as I need to win this week to continue in the playoff hunt. Thanks :)

It’s unbelievable to me that Wayne is on the waiver wire, pick him up and start him against New England (worst against pass).

I would drop Kevin Smith for Spiller

Smith has a high-ankle sprain, and a history of injuries. Yes, he looked good when he was healthy, but could take a few weeks to come back from this, by which time your season could be over. I would imagine that your FA wire closes for the playoffs, so you shouldn’t have to worry about an opponent picking him up, either, right?

Also, to echo above sentiment, drop Moss for Wayne.

Spiller, Crabtree and Williams

I would pick up Spiller for Tate. His carries have really dropped off and Foster looks likes he’s ready to go the distance.

I’d also take Crabtree and Mike Williams over Moss and Robinson for the upcoming playoffs. This week though I would rank the players as 1. L. Robinson, 2. Steve Smith, 3. Mike Williams, 4. Santana Moss, 5. Crabtree, 6. Andre Johnson, 7. Reggie Wayne
