Trade Help Needed: Tight Ends

Hey fellow fantasy geeks,

A few weeks ago, I made a trade in which Antonio Gates was basically a throw in (He was hurt at the time and his previous owner was confident in Greg Olsen). Not such a bad problem for me to have, but I already own Jimmy Graham, so I need to get rid of one of Gates or Graham (Standard Yahoo League, 1QB, 3WR, 2RB, 1 TE, 1K, 1DEF).

My question to all of you is: Which TE should I trade? (I'm assuming Graham would garner more in return). Also, what should I expect in return?

This is my current roster:

QB: Roethlisberger, Hasselbeck

RB: McCoy, Gore, Starks, Ingram, Hunter

WR: Roddy White, Dez Bryant, Manningham, Jason Hill, Gaffney

TE: Graham, Gates

I'd probably be looking for a WR, since all of my current ones have been underwhelming. I'm currently 4-5, but only 1 game behind second place, if that helps. Thanks!

id trade gates.

but not expect much special in return.
prob. a mario type wr.
if you trade jimmy graham id expect a top w. its ur choice.
personally i think their is no upside in san diego. rivers is awful. and they just arent playing well. ur choice tho
