All 26 defenses for Week 8 are ranked following the jump.
Defenses to start: Baltimore Ravens - The Raven defense did their part last week against Jacksonville. They held them to four field goals and 205 yards despite being on the field for 36 minutes. They'll be facing Arizona at home this week and I think they'll be fired up after losing one they should have had.
New York Giants - The Giants are facing a very weak Miami team. Watch for a bunch of sacks and probably some forced turnovers. It could get ugly.
Defenses to avoid: St. Louis Rams - They will be facing a New Orleans team that just dropped 62 points on Indianapolis. Has any team scored back to back 60+ point games? If it hasn't happened, it might this week. The Rams have had too many injuries to their secondary.
Seattle Seahawks - Seattle played well last week and held Cleveland to only six points. But Cincinnati is not the Browns and their offense has been playing very well. Even though Cedric Benson is out, I expect Cincinnati to still have offensive balance and score around 30 points.
