Should I do this trade?

I would have to give away Megatron, but I think it really helps my team.

I would give up Calvin johnson and ryan torain, but I would get Fred jackson and Marques Colston.

Here's my team:

QB - Stafford, Romo, Tebow
RB - Chris Johnson, Beanie Wells, Legarrette Blount, Ryan Torain, Cedric Benson
WR - Calvin Johnson, Steve SMith, Jeremy Maclin
TE - Aaron hernandez, Fred Davis

Here's his Team:

QB - Vick, Hasselbeck, Kolb
RB - Foster, Fred Jackson, hillis, Deangelo Williams
WR - Fitzgerald, Colston, Anquan Boldin, Reggie Wayne, Santonio Holmes
TE - Antonio Gates

If this doesn't work, any counter offer you suggest? I really need help at RB because all my guys are either on bye or constantly injured or suspended :(

Also,

Would you do another trade where I give up Calvin Johnson and Beanie Wells, but I get Marques Colston and Arian Foster?

Or the same scenario except instead of Wells, i gave Blount or Benson?

I wou;d do basically all of these trades, yes.

calvin is awesome, but a WR core of smith, maclin, and colston is stellar, and your running backs are extremely underwhelming.

ideally i’d try for the foster + colston scenario with blount or benson, or even johnson would be an absolute steal. try to dump the running backs in this order torain first, then blount benson johnson wells.

Get rid of Torain if you can.

Helu is going to get more runs as he proves to the coaches he can make more yards.

Blount is still gimpy and a risk.

Benson is not starting of course this week, but realize that he has a really tough stretch against the AFCN for 5 more games, and Ravens are #1 D. Steelers are #3, and Browns #4. Benson may be the workhorse but he rarely gets more than 90 -100 yards and even rarer, TDs.

I like B. Wells. Megatron is going to have a bad week unless Stafford is heatlhy. I had to sit Stafford this week.

nah, wells and blount are coming back.

and colston is a good reciever. bt as far as fantasy goes, the only saints reciever that should be owned is graham the TE. no way i do that trade. but i would try to trade torain

I disagree slightly with LT

Blount is coming back, but it’s unclear if he’ll be getting Graham’s workload on passing downs. He should be solid though, especially if you’re in a non-PPR league.

Where I disagree the most is on Colston. He’s Brees’ favorite receiver who’s a WR, and though I agree that Graham is the only sure thing, Colston has huge upside.

The for-sure deal is the one you mentioned where you give up Megatron for Foster and Colston. Especially in a PPR league. Your RB situation is enough of a concern where getting a top 5 RB like F-Jax or Foster AND Marques Colston is definitely worth it.

upside and what brees actually does is 2 completley diferent thing. the #1 in NO is graham the TE. then their are about 3 or 4 guys that are equally the number 2. colston has upside, sure. but no way should any saints WR be owned in a 10-14 team league. brees, when he threw his 5000 yard season, no one had over, 1000 yds recieveing. and that isnt gonna change this year (with the exception of jimmy graham) calvin johnson is basicaly a sure thing, colston isnt a top 50 fantasy option, and foster well he is hit or miss. he will have a great game, then 2-3 shitty games. in no way is he as good as ppl think in fantasy terma, he is the deffinition of incosistent. i like the guy foster, but i do think tat he is way too overrated. id look into rice, peterson, mcfadden b4 him.
