totally agree
I don’t see it at all. Maybe he changes our minds this year.

WOW! I'm a little surprised
Who compiles this list? Christian Friedrich still top 50? He’s fallen out of most prospect lists. No Jenry Mejia? Upside alone he should be at least ranked next to Jordan Lyles. This list, while it has some no brainers, is ridiculous. Thoughts?
Mayo
Jonathan Mayo came up with the list. I was surprised at Friedrich as well.

THT
also likes friedrich… so maybe i shouldn’t be so down on him… ive had him for 2 years, and i saw his regression last year as an inability to adjust to better hitters… on second glance, though, he still had 8 k/9 and ~2.5k/bb ratio as a 22-23 year old at AA… so maybe the regression wasnt so bad
i read a while ago that the elbow troubles should be worrisome, so i guess thats where my shock is at his high ranking…
so my question now becomes this, we get to keep 5 farm eligible players, at a cost, and i currently have 4 (bc i dont know that brandon allen is still eligible in my league)… FMart, Lyles, Zack Wheeler, and Friedrich… my original thought was to try and trade FMart and Friedrich until roster freeze, and if i couldnt move them, i would release them and go in with Lyles and Wheeler and 3 draft picks… I pick 3rd, and I’ve asked this before, but im guessing Belt and Taillon are going 1-2 and so I was going to go with Rendon at #3 since its a pretty safe bet hes going to the pirates… that said, anything after that is a crapshoot… would i be better off keeping friedrich as well?
eh
I would rather drop him and get the 3 picks. Rendon is a solid choice.
KLaw ranked Freidrich at 92 in his top 100.

Ackley
Hey Ray (and others),
In a relatively shallow 5*5 roto league, who would you prefer: Ackley or Belt?
Dodgers prospects
I notice ranking systems flip flop trayvon robinson and jerry sands a lot… Which one is better/projects better for this year? With their current LF options, I would assume one of those two will be up before long.
2011
I’m not sure either has an impact this year, unless one of them performs very well in AAA, and the LF platoon is a flop. I can see both having an impact in 2012, along with Gordon with Furcal a free agent at the end of the year.
