Heyward's Value
So in a standard 5x5 head to head 10 team league, I drafted Jason Heyward. Now, I'm not usually a big fan of the next hot prospect especially in a league thats only 10 teams. So my question for all you guys, whats Heyward's value in a league like this? What player(s) do you think I could get for him? Any positions, throw some names out there! I'm up for anything. Or do you think I'm best off just hanging on to him for a while?

difficult
Many people view the idea of drafting a player just to trade him as less than ideal – not sure if you were meaning that you did this for Heyward and Strasbug (right after a draft since many people fall in love with their teams for some time after the draft so trading right after a draft is difficult with owners who were there and active for the draft).
If someone offers you something then consider if it helps your team – otherwise I would suggest selling high when they are on a hot streak during the season. Otherwise you will just be dropping them or trying to get too much in a trade. I think you could get more for Strasburg when it is announced that he will come up and make his first start… Heyward you will have to wait and hope he gets hot so you can try your trade.
didn't really draft him to trade
I just got to a point with the last pick in round 17 where most my roster was set and I didn’t like a lot of the players that were available. I figured it was a good time to scoop him up along with Strasburg with back to back picks. My plan was to hold on to him and see what happened, but as soon as it was announced he was going to be on the team to start the season, I started getting interest from other teams.
Keep Strasburg
Defintiely trade Heyward. Your problem may be other teams wouldn’t start him the same as you.
hold on to him
You have no needs to fill, other than maybe SP.
