Chapman or Hamels?

PrintI have Cole Hamels and was offered Ardolis Chapman for him I'm in a rebuilding mode, and while Hamels is having a solid spring, so is Chapman. I've never been a big believer in Chapman but now am buying into the hype. I originally turned this offer down, but am now reconsidering. This is a league where salaries do not matter and once a player is on your team, he is on your team for the duration of his career unless you trade/drop him. Who would you rather have for this year and beyond?

I would probably take Chapman because he’s younger, but you’re right that you really can’t go wrong. Since you’re rebuilding, I’d take Chapman.
The thing I’d say is that Hamels’ value can really only go down at this point. If he pitches poorly, he’ll never get back Chapman.
