Will I compete
Took over a new yeam in a keeper league this year. Previous owner sold his possible keepers for quantity to make a run, made the playoffs but didn't make it to the top of the mountain and bailed. So I had no keepers worth having. I got the four extra picks for not keeping any players. Do you think I'll be able to compete or will I be packaging for keepers before the trade deadline and building for 2011. It's a 12 team H2H typical 5x5 +OBP and WHIP.

Don't understand
Is this your keeper list? The players who will be selected to be on your keeper list?
no
draft is over
"The key to winning baseball games is pitching, fundamentals, and three run homers."
Well
right now u are putning saves which is fine
u need to trade hitting for pitching
trade either catcher (Weiters has great value in a keeper league)
for a top starter who is undervalued
Gallardo, Lester, wainwright
Right now ur a plus in every hitting category, but a minus in EVERY hitting category
ur ptiching staff is good for a keeper or dynasty but for right now is pretty bad
Ur hitting says win now, ur pitching says win later
either make some moves for top pitching or deal hitting and play for next year
thanks for the input

Better than you think
If it is true that you don’t need to draft pitching early, then you have exactly what that staff would look like. Keep your eyes open for Saves.
