Looking for a REAL Fantasy League

Hi, just a little backround info on myself. I am sal007, a new member to SB Nation. I have been reading and following some blogs on sbnation.com for a while, but just decided to make an account and get invloved.

I read the book Fantasyland a couple or years ago and just reopened it. I was thinking about how cool it would be to be in a roto auction league like the league in the book, where there is an AL and NL Section, but only with minor changes. It could be a keeper league. I was wondering if anyone had opening on a league like this or if anyone was starting one somewhat like this. If anyone has one, could you tell me more info please.

If there isn't a league, I could make one with the help of a few people and maybe get a good league going. Thanks for the time people.

There are routinely leagues looking for players in the forums on fantasybaseballcafe, you might want to check there also

our NL only league

I believe there will be some openings in the faketeams NL only 4×4 roto league. It’s 10 teams with an online auction draft. I hope maybe we can get some other leagues on here as well.

I am usually in an AL only h2h and NL only h2h league on Sportsline. They are the Platinum leagues and have snake drafts though. The AL only league was ranked #1 in the world a few years back at season’s end. Sportsline doesn’t rank leagues anymore (unless they start it again) and there are usually a half dozen or so openings each year. Let me know if you are interested in any of those.
