Fantasy Baseball: Keith Law's Top Rookie Prospects for 2010

Keith Law just posted his list of 10 prospects, not including in his Top 100 prospects who could have an impact in 2010. Before listing the 10 prospects, he gave this piece of information:

This excludes top 100 prospects who are currently projected to hold regular jobs in the majors this year, like Jason Heyward (No. 1), Brian Matusz (No. 11), Neftali Feliz (No. 13), or Alcides Escobar (No. 54), or players like Chris Carter or Drew Storen, who could see significant playing time in 2010 but might not get it till midyear.

Who will be more valuable in 2010: Matusz or Feliz?

Feliz

I’m an Orioles fan and Matusz is great, but I still think Feliz will have a bigger impact. Matusz’s first taste of the big leagues didn’t go too well while Feliz’s was amazing. Also, the Rangers are a better team meaning he’ll most likely get more wins/saves/whatever depending on what role he’s put in this season. Not saying that wins mean anything… but you get the point.
