would you do this trade?

The players I would be getting are Fielder and Bruce...I would be giving up Adam Dunn and Felix Hernandez.....I play in a 6x6 category league with a premium on power guys that can hit for avg. My pitching is pretty solid I was 2nd overall last year and I know felix played a part so I am just not sure... Any help would be welcomed. I appreciate others insights so let er rip...

I always take a top power hitter over a top pitcher….but I can see the case for keeping Felix as well.
Bruce and Dunn are similar, but Dunn is an almost guarantee for 40 HRs.
