Yes
You need a second baseman and have the depth in your rotation. Holland will fill in quite nicely for Sanchez. I still expect a big outbreak for Beckham.

You have an easier time replacing Sanchez in your rotation with someone like Chcain or Holland, and Beckham is still an upgrade over Felipe Lopez.

I could see some regression in Sanchez in 2011, and Beckham is a breakout candidate.

Sanchez
Sanchez pitched about as well as possible in 2010. About the only way he could really improve is to get the walks down. If that is not possible, he will have a hard time repeating 2010. And his stats are pretty consistent with the high walk rate.
