However, I'm still looking for ways to improve my team, and a few deals have recently been proposed to m

Ryan Braun and Matt Wieters for Hanley Ramirez

and

Adrian Gonzalez and Aubrey Huff for Hanley

As of this moment here are my five keepers

Hanley

Longoria

Upton

C.C.

Gallardo

Should I mess with that and make one of those deals listed above?

Thanks For The Help

My take

I like the Braun/Wieters offer. However, both could be looked at as keepers for next season. (Yeah, I’m not discourage by Wieters’ perf so far.) If you agree, then you’ve got six legit keepers with just five spots.

I don’t like the AGonz/Huff offer because I don’t see Huff as a keeper and AGonz is a much weaker protect than HanRam. Heck, AGonz has got three months of not seeing pitches to turn into the same player he was last season.

Having a legit 6th keeper offers up additional trade possibilities though. Having more is always better than having less in my book.
