Former Bills' QB J.P. Losman signed with the UFL and Michael Vick might be next. Dammit, stop talking about Vick!

31	Cotchery, Jericho	NYJ	He's ready to break out as the WR1, but with a rookie QB and three very good RBs, he probably won't have that much opportunity.
32	Moss, Santana	WAS	Do you believe that Jason Campbell is worth all the hope and faith the Redskins have placed in him? If so, then take him higher than this.
33	Hester, Devin	CHI	With Jay Cutler as the QB, you'd think he would be ready for a huge season. You'd think wrong. The Bears are still Matt Forte's team.
34	Ward, Hines	PIT	Don't let the Super Bowl hype sway you, he's not a fantasy WR1 anymore. Should make a decent WR2, but injury issues have to be considered.
35	Branch, Deion	SEA	He was never able to stay healthy enough to be a WR1. With Houshmandzadeh filling that role, Branch may do well as a WR2 again.
36	Walter, Kevin	HOU	Last season he had only five fewer receiving yards than TJ Houshmandzadeh with double the TDs. Then why is he ranked way down here? That's a good question.
37	Avery, Donnie	STL	How'd you like to have to step up in your second year and fill the shoes of a possible Hall of Famer like Torry Holt? Sounds like a lot of pressure, right? It would make you nervous, right?
38	Washington, Nate	TEN	He was a sleeper for several years in Pittsburgh, turned out to be a bust for each of them, now he's the WR1 in Tennessee. What does that tell you?
39	Holt, Torry	JAX	He doesn't have anybody else to draw coverage and the Jaguars are going to run all day long. I can't tell if he'll be overvalued because of his name or undervalued because of the Jags.
40	Crabtree, Michael	SF	Rookie WRs almost never work out. He should get consistent opportunities though, which is a good first step
