I love this guy.   The NFL needs more characters like this.

Chad Ochocinco says he wants to tweet during games, but the NFL says it already has a rule in place against it.

"We already have a rule that prohibits the use of cell phones or other handheld devices in the bench area during games," NFL spokesman Greg Aiello told profootballtalk.com in an e-mail.

There's still some hope for NFL Twitter fanatics — there's no word yet on what will be allowed in the locker rooms at halftime.

Here's hope that Ochocinco figures out a way to stick it to the man -- one tweet at a time.
