Liriano and Hughes

Both pitchers give me the same problem, they either pitch a gem or they are terrible. Im not sure if their worth holding onto. Liriano has always been up and down with nice K numbers. Hughes seems to becoming more consistent in his past two starts. Do you think either will straighten out and have a productive season???? Personally I'm not crazy about Liriano but what kind a value could I get for him????
